Eswatini
Billing in emalangeni, eight-digit +268 numbers read the way they are written, and your MikroTik routers managed from one place. From E3.30 per active subscriber a month, everything included.
Wanvane started in South Africa. A workspace opened for Eswatini starts with Eswatini’s defaults instead of ours, so nobody has to hunt through six settings before the first invoice.
Invoices, statements, the customer portal and every report show E and bill in SZL. Change it under Config if you price in something else.
Mobile numbers are read the way your customers write them — 7612 3456 — for SMS reminders, WhatsApp chats and sign-in codes. Eight digits, no leading zero — a stray 0 is queried, never guessed.
The standard VAT rate is filled in for you. It stays off until you switch it on, because whether you are registered is a fact about your business, not your country.
Billing runs, due dates, reminder schedules and quiet hours all run on your clock, so a reminder never goes out at a strange hour.
The coverage map, customer locations and job destinations start on Eswatini. Upload your coverage as KML and put a public coverage check on your own website.
Your logo and colours on invoices, the portal and the sign-in page, on your own domain with a certificate issued automatically. Customers never see our name.
We would rather tell you now than after you have moved your customers.
Every customer has an account reference on their invoices and portal. They pay by EFT or deposit, your staff record it, and the account reconnects if it was cut.
PayFast, Netcash and Ozow only take payments for South African businesses, and we have not yet confirmed a gateway for Eswatini-registered ISPs. Tell us which one you use and we will look at it first.
If your business has a South African company and bank account, PayFast cards, Ozow and Netcash debit orders work exactly as they do for ISPs here.
The Eswatini Revenue Service is phasing in real-time e-invoicing, starting with wholesale and retail. There is no date yet for ISPs, and Wanvane does not connect to it yet. When it reaches ISPs we will build it — and if you would like to be the first to test it with us, tell us.
Wanvane is hosted in South Africa and talks to routers in Eswatini the same way it talks to ours: no server to install in your rack.
Each MikroTik joins over its own WireGuard tunnel. Where a tunnel is not an option, point RADIUS at our public address with a secret you choose.
PPPoE accounts, speed plans, suspensions and reconnections are pushed to the router as they happen. A customer who pays is back online without anybody phoning you.
Support desk with WhatsApp, CPE management (TR-069), content filtering, inventory, field jobs and network monitoring — see every module.
The lilangeni is pegged one-to-one to the Rand, so R3.30 is E 3.30. Wanvane invoices you in Rand; you bill your own customers in E.
Choose Eswatini when you sign up. Seven days, no card — and if anything about working in Eswatini does not fit, tell us. You are early, and it shapes what we build next.
